One label.
A whole brand
world from it.
We invented Larch & Lantern, a small-batch candle maker, to show the whole method. The label became the point of view. The website carried it forward. Then a client agent crew made the matching campaign, and this page shows its receipt.

The website is one asset.
The capability stays with them.
The client gets a company workspace with its own knowledge, deliverables, and agent Missions. Give the crew an outcome or set the details yourself. The result arrives with source files, review, and a record of what happened.
Your company.
A crew of its own.
Make the marketing
feel like the label.
A matching campaign kit, three scent cards, and a wholesale introduction email. Built from approved brand knowledge and delivered as files the client can open and refine.
Mr. Mustard
Chief brief written for the Larch & Lantern campaign kit. It fixes the two-file deliverable, supplied brand facts only, size caps, working-button behavior, truthful copy-failure reporting, responsive photo/text separation, and a checklist for the maker and reviewer. Missing inputs are flagged so nothing is invented.
Creative director
Design and copy specification for the Larch & Lantern launch kit (MMS sample brand). Covers palette, type, linocut SVG motif, layout rules, three social cards, button behavior, and final captions and email copy. Placeholder sign-off and ordering lines are used so nothing is invented. Browser and clipboard checks are still required after build.
Campaign maker
Delivered the two final files: a responsive campaign presentation with three scent social cards (switcher, caption copy), a wholesale email panel with copy button, inline SVG linocut art, and a plain text copy file. Captions and email match across both files. Size caps were kept by design; runtime counts, browser rendering and clipboard behavior still need checking.
Quality reviewer
Reviewed the HTML and txt against the brief. Palette, linocut SVG, three band-colored cards, working tab switching, copy buttons with truthful failure messages, MMS label, stacked mobile layout and no invented facts all check out in source. Captions and email match. One concrete defect: the card's wording does not carry the specified caption text visibly as the card, which is acceptable, but the email in the txt omits nothing. The defect is the narrow-phone card min-height with aspect-ratio reset, which is fine; the only real defect found is the unescaped bare ampersands in HTML text and the root-relative photo path. Browser, clipboard and character-count checks are still required.
