The terms of the work.

Mustard Studio is a product of Modern Mustard Seed LLC, Kalispell, Montana ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of this site, the studio and the agency office it provides.

Use an account and email address you are authorized to control. Keep sign-in codes private. Invite people, connect accounts, publish content and approve charges only when you have authority to do so. Agency owners are responsible for the access they grant to their team and clients.

You retain ownership of the information you put into the studio and the work produced for you under your agreed scope, subject to third-party materials, licenses and provider terms. Use each tool’s available exports to keep portable copies. Local browser work is not automatically backed up to the cloud.

Agents draft, organize and execute work within the permissions and limits configured for an assignment. You choose their authority and remain responsible for the work you approve, send or publish. Review outputs and execution receipts. A generated answer is not proof that code passed a test or that an external action succeeded. Agents can make mistakes and are not a substitute for legal, tax or medical advice.

MMS engagements use set package prices. Studio Partner is $97 per month with $10 shared monthly runtime. Studio Pro is $497 per month with $100 shared monthly runtime. Both include the learning center. Client runtime packages and MMS production are separate agreed packages. Access begins with a fit review and a written agreement. Retail MMS catalog prices are not wholesale rates. Your accepted quote or existing agreement specifies setup charges, any recurring charges, payment dates, included allowances and renewal or cancellation terms. These terms do not replace the commercial terms of an existing agreement. A calculator scenario is an assumption, not an offer or invoice.

The Field Guide includes lessons, practice labs, quizzes, and self-reviewed completion badges. Live coaching uses the agency’s approved runtime. The referral program offers a one-time 20% Studio account credit on an eligible new agency’s first full-price subscription payment, after verification and a 30-day settlement period. Credit is recorded before application to a future Studio invoice.

Adjustments, refinements and rework of what we agreed to build are included at no additional charge and do not require a change order. Work that adds a deliverable we never agreed to build is a new engagement at a set package price, agreed before that additional work begins.

Third-party charges are separate unless your package expressly includes them. Model usage, hosting, voice services, commerce, printing, payment processing and connected services can have their own fees. A Studio usage limit or reservation is an execution control, not a guarantee of a provider’s final invoice.

Provider connections depend on valid permissions and the provider’s availability. Publishing exposes the selected content at a public address. Review source, artwork, print area and product details before sharing or ordering. Shopify checkout and merchant obligations remain with the merchant and its Shopify account. Disconnect services you no longer want the studio to use.

Do not use Mustard Studio to send spam, contact people who have asked not to be contacted, impersonate anyone, or do anything unlawful. We may pause an account that does.

We work to keep the studio available and do not promise uninterrupted service. If something breaks, we investigate and explain what happened. Keep copies of important exports. When an external action has an unknown outcome, check its provider receipt before retrying so the same action is not repeated unintentionally.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Mustard Studio is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
